Ya know there's plenty of tips on how to improve your musky fishing skills on YouTube and Facebook through techniques and even reviews on some of the best musky lures, but what there is a huge lack of, is how to increase your stamina and endurance musky fishing, many get burned out from these simple factors alone. There really aren't many fishing channels that talk about this, maybe hunting because shoulder and arm strength is important within archery, but with fishing there's isn't much, if any. And with musky and pike fishing, stamina and endurance is very important because you're casting very heavy lures, a lot heavier than bass fishing. Just improving your resiliency by strengthening your core can be a game changer. I've given some of my own insights on purchasing a great weight machine like the Titan Ab machine that works your abdominal muscles and lower back, strengthening your core front to back, I absolutely love mine and still use it to this day. Louie Simmon's reverse hyper is another option for lower back... This will overall extend your fishing career, because back problems result in ending a lot of angler careers both professionally and amateur level.

However, just weight lifting will only help you so much, sometimes there's other things going on at the molecular level that may need addressing to give you an extra push through supplements to raise your testosterone. If you don't know by now there's a testosterone crisis, could be due to increase of microplastics in the environment, PFAS, and even Atrazine. For the most part, this will not only reduce your muscle mass, but also reduce your energy levels. But personally, I don't think it stops there, low testosterone also has to do with your lack of aggressive passion on wanting to hunt and fish.

It's simple, if your testosterone levels are low you're more likely to take on feminine characteristics of a woman right? Not wanting to hunt/fish and eat red meat. Ever notice how majority of humans pushing Vegan diet are females, Veganism more likely to be a female trait right? Think this pattern is just a coincidence... I think Ted Nugent's son being vegan is a huge warning sign in modern era, a boy who was probably bombarded with deer trophies, guns, and archery in his house all his life yet still turned Vegan, probably stopped hunting too, so why is that? What's the old saying you're product of your environment, nature versus nurture! There's more going on that's influencing a young boy's characteristics and traits which are a foundation for developing into a man, things at the molecular level with testosterone, and after studying the conservative community for quite some time, that's where they're lacking big time, they need to be looking at this from a more scientific perspective rather than thinking everything is influenced, influence can still play a role yes, but believe me there's much more going on than meets the eye - "Atrazine induces complete feminization." We've seen Nugent's perspective on both climate change, prion disease, and lithium batteries as a scam, we know he's not the most educated on science! Right off the bat we know lithium batteries aren't a scam, because they're a game changer to the fishing community with powering up all their LED sonar screens for livescope and even trolling motors using spot lock, these electronics could never be powered up with just old school lead acid batteries. And as Elon Musky has said, we could power up entire USA on solar and lithium, it's also one of the most abundant resource on the planet. And good ol' Joe Rogan didn't have the kindest words to say about Ted Nugent's opinion on prion disease - "Ted Nugent was on the podcast, he downplayed the consequences and effects of something called CWD or chronic wasting disease."

I'm still a big fan of the Nuge, appreciate how much he influences young kids to hunt, as well as eating red meat and his rock music, but when it comes to science I take everything he says with a grain of salt. And after examining his body structure, as I've taken part in bodybuilding myself and many sports throughout all my life, I always noticed he was lacking good genetics in the muscle department. I think if your father weight lifts, that more likely will help preserve high levels of testosterone throughout generations in your family, as well as the teachings passed down. Looking at this whole modern era from a scientific perspective, I think we're now living in era where just shooting a gun and eating meat is not going to be enough to preserve testosterone and express your manliness if you watch Dr. Shanna Swann's video. Weight lifting, supplements and even therapies like sauna or red light are going to be a must!

There's also another concern, if your son does go on a Vegan diet and you're worried about passing on your lineage, it's not a very good idea as Dr. Huberman has said, this diet will slowly castrate you! It's also ridiculous to think a diet like this would be proper in an microplastic era when Testsoterone is at it's all time low as Mr. Olympia Chris Bumstead and Patrick Pet David has said on his Valuetainment Podcast.

Dr. Andrew Huberman - "If you're not getting enough fat, forget getting decent testosterone, sub-caloric low fat diet(Veganism) it's a form of nutritional castration, that's absolutely deadly to the reproductive system.

Here's a great story I came across on Youtube, where an angler said his wife asked him if he wanted to go to Bass Pro once, he knew in his previous years there's never been a day in his life where turned down the offer to go to Bass Pro or didn't have the "drive" to do so, that's when he knew there was something wrong!!! That's when he checked his testosterone levels out at a Doctor's office and realized they were super low.

The second thing was um I noticed my my mood shifting a lot of the times. One time my wife asked me she's like hey you know it's the weekend why don't we go over to Bass Pro Shops over in Mobile and like in the past like when a woman asked an outdoor husband and man who who hunts and fishes and loves all those things and he and says hey I want to go to Bass Pro Shop. Let's go to Bass Pro Shop and have a day over there. And I was like, I don't want to go. Like there's no part of me that wanted to go to Bass Pro Shop.

Now I think there's other options than TRT to raising testosterone in your blood, I'm not against Testosterone therapy, just realize once you go on it more likely than not you'll have to stay on it longterm for the rest of your life because it shuts down your natural production of testosterone. However for some, they have no choice because their testosterone levels are permanently down no matter what they do or they're older in age. Still though, I highly recommend you try the other natural route such as supplements like Cistanche / Tongat Ali and using therapies like Sauna and Red light to raise your natural free testosterone. You have to look at similar to minor modifications to a drag car at the strip. One minor modification might not make a big difference in a 1/4 mile, but with each minor mod stacked up with one another, that's when you'll see a huge difference.

Just watch the video I put together up above, the best supplements for naturally raising testosterone I recommend are Cistanche, Boron, Creatine, and Sorghum. Sorghum isn't really a supplement but a grain, but when combined with these other three can make a huge difference, even if you just eat it as popcorn, it raises DHT levels by 54.71%. I tend to concentrate on supplements that raise DHT, the king of androgens as Lucas from Boost your Biology on YouTube recommends. And when you add those four supplements to therapy such as Red Light and even Infrared Sauna, believe me you're going to see one hell of a difference in muscle power casting out of on the water, stamina standing up with a stronger core, as well as overall more energy. At the end of the video, I also recommended a supplement a lot of bodybuilders take for preworkout, which is L-Citrulline, this isn't really for boosting testosterone, but for boosting your energy levels. And if you really want to boost, try pairing up L-Citrulline with coffee or the creatine supplement I recommended in the video, that will really get you going, like the Ultimate Warrior! Remind you, L-Citrulline is just a natural amino acid, it is not a dangerous supplement, much safer and healthier alternative than Red Bull or Monster, just don't go overboard with it or you'll get a little jittery. Stay away from L-Arginine, more likely to cause headaches!

And there's more you can do to raising testosterone levels like of course changing your diet around, but also what Rich Cooper and Derek from More Plates More Dates recommended, eating and drinking out of glass or stainless steel, non-porous material. You may think this is anal retentive, nope not in this era! Having a stainless steel thermos is very very important, especially out on the boat when you're fishing, sun and heat is beaming down on your plastic thermos jug, leeching phalates into your water which are highly estrogenic.

One of my workout sessions with some pretty heavy dumbbells, mighty impressive weight for being in my 40s, at 43 now, being natty, aka natural without PEDs. But what a lot of people forget to do is when lifting heavy weight, especially on bench press or dumbbell press, is making sure your shoulders are completely balanced. This means working out your shoulders from front to back, your front delts, mid-delts, rear delts and even your trapezius muscles. A lot of bow hunters and even bodybuilders start getting massive shoulder pain, why? Well if you're working out and developing the same muscle fibers in your shoulder over and over gain by same repetitive motion by pulling your bow back, this could be same said for musky casting, which could create an imbalance in your shoulder right?

As Lee Priest says, make sure you workout your shoulder front to back!!!!

The biggest obstacle isn't just getting lazy men back in the gym to lift weights to increase testosterone, quad exercises being one of the best, but also convincing their stubborn minds on a diet change, changes on the plastic cups they drink out of, stop drinking alcohol and smoking, as well as introducing supplements and therapies on daily basis such as sauna or red light, which some men might consider female pampering. Remind you sauna is big with Russians and the Finnish, very strong people! This is overall a complete lifestyle change... However, another big obstacle isn't just convincing a Man that his testosterone is down and that he has to get his levels checked out by a Doctor. I've been told everything from the Dr. Shanna Swann video is conspiratorial to many men actually thinking they eat healthy! Couldn't be further from the truth, CDC estimates 1 in 5 Americans will be diabetic by 2050, stats don't lie. There's one thing I've noticed about men, the way they perceive themselves in their minds versus what they actually look like when staring the mirror. Lot of men claim they can bench press 300 or 400 pounds, even do 50 pushups or 20 pullups, but when it gets down to the nitty gritty, majority are full of shit and fail!!! As these statistics suggest, fewer than 2% can actually bench press just 225 lbs. Where's that rank you? Be a doer not a dreamer!

What I know is, there's also a lot of Posers hiding within the musky and pike community too, talk all this smack on how many musky they put in the boat, sorry if you're trolling and using planner boards, putting up numbers where the boat does all the work, that doesn't mean shit to me nor does it to many other veteran musky anglers that can easily distinguish the bullshitters from the hardcore musky anglers. You may have gotten a lot of recognition by posting photos of the giant 50" musky you've caught back in the 90s and early 2000... Those days are long gone, video is what impresses people nowadays and catching them casting! Bottom line, Trolling is for Pussies! If you give the reason you're tired from a hard says work, that's why you troll...? Find a way to develop your body so you can cast long periods of time, try things like Z-coil shoes, try some supplements, try using a better boosted seat for more support. It's time to challenge yourself rather than allowing technology to do all the work all the time, which is a common pattern forming!

There does come a point in time where trolling is useful in locating musky and is still a great way to to fish, especially if you don't use planner boards and stop the boat to reel in the fish so you can actually feel the full fight of the fish, rather than dragging them on the surface back to the boat, however many don't. Many also don't slow the boat down when they toss the musky overboard to make sure they're revived. After the years of constantly hearing Trollers brag about the numbers they put up, you get tired of it, call it for what it is, when many of these types of fishermen haven't even caught a 50 inch musky casting or know what it's like to catch a 40 incher jumping in the shallows from the shoreline. Bottom line, you'll see a huge difference in what the musky casters look like versus what the musky trollers look like physically!

And really, you should see what a 50 incher feels like in the summer when they have a lot of strength and aren't lethargic, in their peak state, rather than catching them in the Fall when it's cold, they tend to slow down and move very lethargically. Some do the same thing every year, troll all summer long and just cast in the Fall, it's about challenging yourself, don't always follow what everyone else does like a robot, try casting for musky or pike all throughout the summer, even fall and winter!

And one other thing, I think men underestimate how much alcohol and even smoking reduces Testosterone. Remember, if you surround yourself with people that constantly party, more likely that's what you'll become, living a short life of arthritic pain and misery resulting in dying young, rather than being a True Outdoorsman that is jacked and enjoys hunting and fishing well into your 50s, 60s, and 70s. Being a true conservative isn't about just guns and religion, it's really about living a long conservative life of purity without drugs to enjoy these simple outdoor sports with your friends and family longterm, could even be camping and hiking, which I think many have forgotten. Certain forms of fishing like trolling is also a good example where a sport slowly turns into laziness, before you know it you're smoking and drinking during every trolling trip, then you're telling fishing stories during the expedition rather than actually partaking in the hard work of casting and catching the fish yourself instead of letting the boat do all the work. I've seen it first hand, coming from an angler/hunter that went to a Catholic school all my life from grade school, high school, and college. Gets back to the way men perceive themselves, their mind thinks they're one thing, but when they look in the mirror, many don't realize what they've actually become and are in denial about it! If this wasn't the case, we wouldn't be here talking about this and addressing how we're the sickest nation in the world as claimed by Robert Kennedy Jr, we're failing as a society, need to get back to basics... That may just entail teaching your children how to fish and hunt, living off the land while camping, cherishing the Great Outdoors! It's always been said, a sport or hobby is a great substitute for a bad addiction...

Ted Nugent - "I consume evidence, I monitor evidence, I listen to stories, I see John Belushi got high, John Belushi's dead, I went hunting, I'm still Ted, bad behavior ugly results, cognizant conscientious behavior, happiness!"
