Couple years back I put two of the biggest musky I ever caught using an all white 12" Chaos Poseidon, all in one day, no doubt big rubber and big swimbaits produce some terrific size musky, but sometimes some of the big rubber we have here in the States just doesn't cut here in size, sometimes ya gotta look elsewhere for mammoth size swimbaits. I give you the 16.5" Mamma Shad by Mel Hand Made Lures in Ireland, weighs about 23 ounces.

When I tried it out recently I noticed it has a lot of bouncy to the swimbait, then when looking in Garmin Livescope in forward facing sonar it starts surfacing rapidly when reeled. Remind you European Pike anglers rig their swimbaits completely different than us North American anglers, they keep their wire on the outside, while we use a wire through construction with weights impregnated on the inside and clamped to the wire so swimbait stays deeper and more level when reeled. So when I get a chance, I'm probably gonna have to slice it open with an exacto knife and then run my own .062 wire through the swimbait ike the Chaos Poseidon.
