Absolutely gorgeous mammoth size northern pike caught by an angler by the name of Pergető Kalandok, this esox has some amazing photos on both his Facebook and TikTok, be sure to subscribe to him. It's quite apparent even though this is an Esox lucius, this pike is running a unique set of genetics in the body of water he caught it at, we gotta cherish fish like this and be careful handling them, get them back in the water quickly so they can procreate. This strain of northern pike has a unique pattern too, never seen anything like it before, looks a little like the esox flaviae from Italy or France, but the lines are thicker and curved differently. What a rare catch!
